SAO Review

My first ever anime review! As you may have seen in one of my earlier posts, I finished the show Sword Art Online a few weeks ago. 

My overall opinion on this anime was that it was fantastic for people with an interest in action-packed anime. If you don't already know, SAO is set 10 years in the future and is about a teenage boy (Kirito) exploring the first-ever virtual world created by a high-end gaming console known as the NerveGear. Once inside the game, Sword Art Online, Kirito and thousands of other players soon realize that they are unable to log out and return to the normal world. Knowing that the only way out of SAO is to complete the game, Kirito becomes determined to save as many people as possible and return to his family. The concept and plot of this anime is absolutely ingenious and I fell in love with the characters just a few episodes into the show. There are a lot of sensual moments between Kirito and Asuna later in the first season, but without being all sappy and stuff.
